</div><div>The Mechanical Maintenance Technician performs a variety of preventive maintenance and machine repair duties according to manufacturer equipment service manuals, factory guidelines, and management&rsquo;s instructions; in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) in the maintenance department and within GMP and &lsquo;food grade work&rsquo; guidelines.</div>

<div><ul><li>Adhere to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), SOP&rsquo;s, equipment, and safety practices;</li>

<li>Two years&rsquo; experience in a maintenance environment; electrical, machine or multi-craft maintenance technical certificate may be considered for substitute of experience;</li>
