Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Assistant Machine Operator to support machine operations and production activities. The candidate will work closely with the Team Leader and Machine Operator to ensure smooth production flow, quality compliance, and timely completion of jobs.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Report directly to the Team Leader.</li><li>Assist machine operators in feeding raw materials into machines as instructed.</li><li>Operate machines under the guidance of the Team Leader/Machine Operator.</li><li>Report machine-related issues or breakdowns immediately to the Team Leader.</li><li>Move production output to the next process line or work-in-progress area as instructed.</li><li>Maintain and fill production records accurately.</li><li>Ensure cards and packaging labels are properly matched and kept in sequence.</li><li>Follow job instructions and counting procedures during receipt, production, and transfer processes.</li><li>Assist operators in completing production jobs on time and as per the production plan.</li><li>Update job progress and report non-conformances or production issues.</li><li>Follow all procedures related to production, rejection handling, and documentation.</li><li>Ensure proper handling, identification, and storage of cards and rejected materials.</li><li>Coordinate with QA inspectors, auditors, and team leaders to maintain quality and productivity standards.</li><li>Support implementation of new processes and procedures.</li><li>Follow all company policies related to safety, security, quality, and operational standards.</li><li>Perform other duties assigned by the Unit Head or Team Leader.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>ITI or High School Pass.</li><li>Physically fit to handle pallets, trolleys, and heavy materials.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.</li><li>Good teamwork and communication skills.</li><li>Willingness to follow procedures and instructions carefully.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Basic understanding of production or machine operations.</li><li>Attention to detail and quality standards.</li><li>Ability to maintain production records accurately.</li></ul>Minimum Experience: &bull; 1-2 years of experience or fresher with ITIPay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per hourEducation:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

<div>Ability to pack on any Thermoforming line generally working independently. Able to communicate quality issues, proper documentation, packaging requirements and machine malfunctions. Performs work under machine operator with final approval by the shift supervisor

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul><li>To pack on all thermoforming machines including auto packer</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure product meets quality standards</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure correct quantity is packed</li></ul>
<ul><li>Confirm packaging material matches quality docket requirements</li></ul>
<ul><li>Feed sheet through trim press as required</li></ul>
<ul><li>Help remove scrap from around former to disposal buggy</li></ul>
<ul><li>Clear packing table from end of roll/start of new roll debris to get count mark for new roll</li></ul>
<ul><li>Perform simple machine procedures while operator away from area</li></ul>
<ul><li>Break line (cut the sheet) at un-winder if needed</li></ul>
<ul><li>Understand the basic operation of the machine</li></ul>
<ul><li>Understand the safety features of the machine including E-stops and when to use them</li></ul>
<ul><li>Well rounded knowledge of quality of all products</li></ul>
<ul><li>Perform Grinding duties to ensure scrap material is properly recycled</li></ul>
<ul><li>Make and stage &quot;boxes&quot; for packing product throughout shift cons is tent with demands.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Communicate equipment or mate rial issues that arises on the shift to Packer and Supervisor.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Perform all end of shift duties, IE. Sweeping, cleaning packing table, assisting co-worker's with this task, grinding.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Communicate to Management those employees who persist in violations of safety rules and/or procedures.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)/properly and reporting any defective PPE.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Report all near misses, accidents, injuries, including Muscular Skeletal symptoms or disorders.</li></ul>
WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Employees will be working in a Manufacturing and/or Warehouse environment in all types of weather. Conditions may range from and include: hot, cold, humid, loud, working near airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and forklift traffic.
