Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Operating packaging equipment; including process pumps, compressors, warehousing equipment, and forklifts.</li><li>
Report any faults and maintenance issues to ensure site safety and product quality.</li><li>
Encourage and participate in a Health and Safety culture to ensure a safe working environment.</li><li>
Work in accordance with all company policies relating to health and safety and carry out tasks in a safe manner as detailed in the standard operational procedures, so as to protect the health and safety of yourself and others.</li><li>
Communicate with logistics to ensure that all bulk and packaged deliveries are executed in accordance with customer requirements.</li><li>
Responsible for ensuring that quality control is implemented on a constant basis. Personally follow all operational processes and carry out quality control checks and ensure the close inspection of work activities of the team. Reinforce the importance of the Awareness policy to site personnel, in order to keep the smooth and safe running of workshop operations.</li><li>
Carry out checks of incoming products and materials, and site generated AHRI and customer drums.</li><li>
Carry out operational activities including preparing, filling, picking, and dispatching cylinders.</li><li>

Experience, Knowledge, and Qualification</b></p><p>
Essential</p><ul><li>
High School Diploma or equivalent required</li><li>
Must be able to obtain EPA 608 Certification</li><li>
Must be available to work at least 40 hours per week and be available for overtime hours</li><li>
Must have high attention to detail to receive, inspect, and certify incoming and outgoing cylinders</li><li>
Must be able to follow standard operating procedures</li><li>
Must be able to handle high-pressure and liquid cylinders</li><li>
Previous experience working with compressed gas and/or gas cylinders is a plus</li></ul><p>
Physical Requirements</p><ul><li>
Frequently pushes, pulls, moves and/or lifts up to 50 pounds independently</li><li>
Sitting 10% of the day; standing and/or walking 80-90% of the time</li><li>

Frequently operates a computer using a traditional keyboard to input detailed information such as serial numbers</li><li>
Manipulations (seizing, holding, grasping or otherwise working with hands) up to 50-75% of the day</li><li>
Frequently drives a motorized vehicle or powered industrial truck (i.e. Forklift) and safely mauver in restrictive spaces</li><li>
Stooping and kneeling up to 20% of the day</li><li>
Frequently communicates detailed information to others. Must be able to exchange accurate information that others can understand.</li><li>

<ul><li>Own preventive maintenance&mdash;execute PM procedures, clean and lubricate systems, check fluids, tighten, align, and adjust.</li>
<li>Calibrate sensors and gauges so equipment runs within spec.</li>
<li>Assess equipment health via diagnostics; use data and tools to zero in on root causes.</li>
<li>Plan and carry out minor to moderate repairs; identify required parts, materials, and tools.</li>
<li>Document all activities thoroughly&mdash;parts consumed, work performed, and follow-up actions.</li>
<li>Recommend future adjustments or repairs to increase uptime.</li>
<li>Support equipment projects: install, modify, and relocate machinery as needed.</li>
<li>Work from technical documentation&mdash;manuals, blueprints, schematics, and P&amp;IDs.</li>
<li>Inspect and maintain shop tools/equipment; keep them safe and ready.</li>
<li>Manage consumables: inventory, reorder, receive, and verify common items.</li>
<li>Provide feedback on persistent issues and contribute to problem-solving.</li>
<li>Complete required paperwork: work orders, parts requests, PM and runtime inspections, downtime logs, RCA reports.</li>
<li>Collaborate across experience levels&mdash;take direction from senior mechanics and assist junior teammates.</li>
<li>Champion safety, following all company procedures and practices.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What you&rsquo;ll need</b></h3>
<ul><li>High school diploma (or equivalent) with 2&ndash;4 years of industrial maintenance experience.</li>
<li>Comfort selecting and operating hand, power, and diagnostic tools.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of automated machinery plus electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.</li>
<li>Ability to interpret electrical/mechanical drawings and work orders.</li>
<li>Strong problem solving and clear communication (written and verbal).</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Proficiency disassembling, troubleshooting, and reassembling manufacturing equipment.</li>
<li>Microsoft Office competency and familiarity with relevant software.</li>
