Job Summary:
The Marketplace Cashier/Cook is responsible for providing excellent guest service by accurately and efficiently processing guest's foodbeverage preparation and purchases. 
Essential Functions:<ul><li>
Ensure compliance with the applicable Tribal, Federal and other laws and gaming regulations and Kickapoo Lucky Eagle policies and procedures.</li><li>
Ensure the highest possible standards of guest services by properly listening and responding to guest and team member concerns and questions.</li><li>
Greets guest and efficiently processes food and beverage orders and purchase through the Point of Sale (POS) System.</li><li>
Maintains the accountability and security of their individual cash drawer.</li><li>
Stocks and cleans workstation/venue to ensure presentable products.</li><li>
Ensures and collects appropriate guest payment for food and beverage service.</li><li>
Prepares food as needed in the quick service kitchens.</li><li>
Maintains a professional and tidy appearance at all times.</li><li>
Communicates in a positive, respectful manner to both internal and external guests.</li><li>
Builds and maintains knowledge of foodbeverage offerings to ensure all questions answered appropriately and accurately.</li><li>
Must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events and varied schedules per business needs.</li><li>
Performs other special projects and duties assigned.</li><li>

Minimum Requirements to Qualifications:

Wine and alcohol knowledge preferred.</li><li>
Strong communication skills in English both written and oral. Spanish or other language skills a plus.</li></ul> 
Other Criteria:
Qualified Kickapoo Traditional Tribe of Texas Members and qualified Native American preference is observed.
