 The Senior Maintenance &amp; Engineering Manager is responsible for leading all maintenance and engineering functions within a 600,000 sq. foot cabinet manufacturing facility. This role focuses on optimizing equipment reliability, minimizing product cost, and maximizing manufacturing efficiency through the effective use of existing and emerging technologies. The Manager will develop, implement, and oversee preventative and predictive maintenance programs, manage capital and improvement projects, and lead a team of skilled engineering and maintenance professionals.  Familiarity with regulatory maintenance requirements, including Part M, Part 145, and CAMO.<br>

 Hands-on experience with maintenance tracking software (e.g., AMOS, CAMP, TRAX).<br>

 Proven experience in implementing aircraft modification tracking and configuration control.<br>
