This is an entry level full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Engineer located in Khushkhera, Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and repair activities. This includes performing preventive maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and conducting electrical maintenance. The Maintenance Engineer will also be involved in implementing maintenance engineering techniques and ensuring that all equipment is running efficiently and safely.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Preventive and Predictive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for plant machinery and utilities (e.g., atomization units, milling systems, furnaces, compressors, etc.). Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues before they lead to downtime.</li><li>Breakdown Maintenance: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation faults in equipment. Perform or coordinate repairs to ensure minimal production interruption.</li><li>Documentation &amp; Compliance: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and spare parts inventory. Ensure compliance with internal quality systems (ISO, etc.) and statutory requirements.</li><li>Process Improvement: Work with production and quality teams to optimize equipment performance and implement improvement projects. Recommend upgrades or modifications for enhanced efficiency and safety.</li><li>Team Coordination: Supervise technicians and contractors during maintenance tasks. Conduct training sessions for operators and junior maintenance staff on basic troubleshooting and safety practices.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.</li><li>Experience: 2&ndash;5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing plant maintenance and repair (preferably in metallurgical or powder processing industries).</li><li>Knowledge of slurry flow handling, powder handling is a plus.</li><li>Technical Skills:</li></ul>Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical circuits, and PLC-controlled equipment.<ul><li>Soft Skills:</li></ul>Strong problem-solving ability and hands-on approach.Good communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.Safety-conscious mind set a must.Ability to work effectively in a team environmentJob Types: Full-time, FresherPay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

What will I be doing? 
As a Maintenance Engineer, you are responsible for the daily supervision of the maintenance team and responding to all enquiries promptly to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Maintenance Engineer will also be required to prioritise and carry out maintenance repair work. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:<ul><li>
Assist in the daily supervision of maintenance team</li><li>
Assist in the implementation of all company statutory and legal requirements including fire, health and safety, hygiene, electricity at work, and all local by-laws</li><li>
Liaise with Housekeeping to coordinate and prioritise maintenance activities</li><li>
Respond to all enquiries promptly</li><li>
Carry out maintenance repair work and ensure the appropriate PPE is worn during all repairs</li><li>
Maintain the green areas and car parks when applicable</li><li>
Follow planned preventative maintenance programmes</li><li>
Ensure good relationships with internal and external customers and contractors</li><li>
Ensure energy conservation initiatives are implemented</li><li>
Follow C.O.S.H.H regulations, in particular the storage of hazardous substances</li><li>
Assist in the training and development of the maintenance team</li></ul>
