Your key responsibilities will include:</b></div><br>
<ul><li>
Lead daily maintenance planning and troubleshooting for production lines</li><li>
Reduce unplanned downtime and drive equipment reliability improvements</li><li>
Own and implement preventive maintenance (PM) strategies and systems</li><li>
Mentor and guide operating teams on fundamental maintenance and issue resolution</li><li>
Analyze breakdown trends and lead root-cause elimination efforts</li><li>
Liaise with cross-functional teams for scheduling and prioritizing repairs</li><li>
Ensure compliance with machine safety standards and factory protocols</li><li>
Contribute to the formulation of enduring maintenance plans and annual scheduling</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
What are we looking for?</b></div><br>

Technical diploma or degree in mechanical/electrical engineering</li><li>
At least 3 years of experience within a manufacturing maintenance position</li><li>
Strong technical expertise in mechanical maintenance</li><li>
Hands-on experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance</li><li>
Proven ability to mentor and develop others on the shop floor</li><li>
Strong problem-solving and communication skills</li><li>
Capacity to thrive in a rapid-paced, unionized, and innovation-focused setting</li><li>
Computer literacy and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel</li><li>
Familiarity with modern maintenance systems (e.g., PM, DMS)</li></ul><p><b>
