Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Coordinate day-to-day maintenance operations and reporting with four (4) Civil Affairs Commands and one (1) HHC, ensuring zero degradation to mission readiness.</li><li>
Validate and submit weekly maintenance readiness reports, including Equipment Non-Mission Capable (NMC) statuses, parts on order, shop stock levels, and high-priority requisitions.</li><li>

A Building Maintenance Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that physical facilities, whether commercial, residential, or institutional, are kept in optimal condition. This professional oversees the day-to-day operations of maintenance services, plans and executes preventative maintenance strategies, addresses urgent repair needs, and champions standards for safety, efficiency, and sustainability.</p><p>
The Building Maintenance Manager combines technical know-how with leadership abilities, effectively bridging hands-on work and administrative oversight. </p><p><b>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</b></p><ul><li>
Prioritize, schedule, and delegate work assignments, and directly supervise the building and grounds staff/vendors to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of the Clinic's buildings and grounds.</li><li>
Receive, prioritize, schedule, and provide the timely and satisfactory completion of work requests for the clinic's buildings and grounds.
</li><li>Maintenance Oversight: Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance personnel, including electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, janitorial staff, security and other specialists. Ensure all building systems, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, and safety, are functioning properly and maintained according to industry standards and local regulations.</li><li>
Preventative Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program for all building systems and equipment. Schedule regular inspections, servicing, and necessary replacements to reduce downtime, prevent major repairs, and extend asset lifespans.</li><li>
Repair Management: Respond to work orders and emergency repair needs in a timely fashion. Diagnose problems, assign tasks, and oversee the completion of all repairs while minimizing disruptions to building operations.</li><li>
Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage the maintenance budget, monitor expenditures, and seek opportunities to optimize costs. Obtain quotes, evaluate vendor proposals, and manage contracts for outsourced work.</li><li>
Compliance and Safety: Ensure all activities comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., OSHA, fire safety codes, ADA). Conduct regular safety inspections, maintain records, and implement corrective actions as needed.</li><li>
