We are growing and looking for a highly organized, dependable <b>Service Scheduler</b> who works well with others and thrives in a team-based environment.</p><p><b>What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></p><ul><li>Schedule and coordinate service calls with customers and technicians</li><li>Communicate service timelines, updates, and follow-ups with customers</li><li>Maintain and update technician paperwork and service documentation</li><li>Collaborate daily with Service, Sales, Management, and Accounting teams</li><li>Support internal teams with scheduling, logistics, and follow-through</li><li>Process purchase orders and coordinate with vendors and suppliers</li><li>Track shipments, follow up on delays, and confirm deliveries</li><li>Assist with inventory tracking and reorder planning</li><li>Perform <b>daily end-of-day credit card sweeps</b></li><li>Assist with <b>monthly credit card sweep reconciliation</b></li><li>Help resolve invoice and paperwork discrepancies</li><li>Maintain accurate records within company software systems</li></ul><p><b>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</b></p><ul><li>1+ year experience in scheduling, operations, or administrative support</li><li>Strong phone communication and customer service skills</li><li><b>Team player who communicates well and supports coworkers across departments</b></li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail</li><li>Reliable, accountable, and follows through on tasks</li><li>Comfortable handling paperwork and financial reconciliation</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)</li><li>Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Experience with UPS, USPS, and FedEx a plus</li><li><b>Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred</b></li></ul><p><b>Why Join Us</b></p><ul><li>Established, stable company with long-term growth</li><li>Full-time role with responsibility and trust</li><li>Supportive, collaborative team culture</li><li>Opportunity to grow within operations and service management</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour</p><p>Expected hours: 80 per week</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Retirement plan</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
