The Maintenance Dispatcher / Maintenance Administrator is responsible for supporting the Maintenance Department by entering, assigning, tracking, and closing Work Orders (WOs). Handle service calls and properly log them on the dispatch sheet.</li><li>
Handle phone sales and walk-in customers.</li><li>
Create a work order on all merchandise for service calls or deliveries, ensuring when merchandise pulled from the warehouse and a work order is created.</li></ul><p><b>
OTHER DUTIES</b></p><ul><li>
Ability and flexibility to perform other duties as assigned by Manager.</li><li>
Ability and flexibility to work on Saturdays.</li></ul><p><b>
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILTIES</b></p><ul><li>
Considerable knowledge of pneumatic tools, equipment and methods used in the tire service industry and working knowledge on diagnosing and repair of vehicle systems.</li><li>
Skill and working knowledge in repair of brakes, suspensions, cv axles, tire balancing, oil changes, belts, hoses, starters, alternators.</li><li>
Strong service sales, and customer service skills.</li></ul><p><b>
JOB REQUIREMENTS</b></p><ul><li>
Minimum 1 year of management experience</li><li>
Possess valid Florida driver's license or ability to obtain a Florida driver's license</li><li>
Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen</li><li>
