   5&ndash;8+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including 5+ years of leadership/supervisory experience

   Associate&rsquo;s degree or technical certification required; bachelor&rsquo;s a plus
  </li>
  <li>
   Hands-on knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  </li>
  <li>
   Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, and computerized maintenance systems
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP or other enterprise maintenance systems preferred
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience in food manufacturing or a highly regulated environment preferred
  </li>
  <li>
   Comfortable using Microsoft Office; WorkForge familiarity is a plus
  </li>
