(Reports directly to Team Leader and Department Manager)Daily/Weekly tasks:1. Assist in daily preparation of trucks and equipment <ul><li>Load equipment, tools, and material.</li></ul><ul><li>Secure all equipment.</li></ul><ul><li>Assist Team leader in any preparation required for the day.</li></ul>&middot; Arrive on time everyday. Start time varies between 7:15am and 7:30am.2. Perform landscape installation tasks on customers property <ul><li>Perform all tasks included but not limited to:</li><li>Leaf and debris removal, bed edging and mulch/pine straw installation.</li><li>Commercial equipment use i.e.Walk behind, zero turn and push mowers.</li><li>Hand pulling weeds spraying weeds with non-selective herbicide and distributing pre-emergent granular.</li><li>Hand Pruning</li><li>Hard edge around side walks patios drive ways etc.</li><li>Use blower for leaf removal and blowing of debris</li><li>String trim around buildings, utilities, etc.</li><li>Edge curbs and sidewalks with string trimmers.</li><li>Clean site by removing trash, limbs, rocks, debris etc.</li><li>Prune shrubs, remove shrubs and tree debris.</li><li>Planting of trees, shrubs, perennial flowers and seasonal flowers.</li><li>Plus much more!</li></ul>3.  The maintenance Team Member is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the building and infrastructure including HVAC system and equipment throughout the hotel. This would include: ongoing preventative maintenance projects, renovations, plumbing, painting, sheetrock work, electrical and carpentry.
