Demonstrating customer services skills by treating residents and others with respect, answering resident questions, responding sensitively to complaints about maintenance services, and completing assigned work orders with efficiency and urgency.</li><li>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>3+ years of apartment maintenance experience.</li><li>
Universal EPA/CFC Certification.</li><li>
Mastery of appliance, electrical and plumbing repair.</li><li>

<p>Key Roles</p><ul><li><b>Preventive &amp; Predictive Maintenance Planning</b></li><li>Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for manufacturing equipment.</li><li><b>Breakdown Maintenance Management</b></li><li><b>Equipment Reliability &amp; Optimization</b></li><li><b>Spare Parts &amp; Inventory Control</b></li><li><b>Safety &amp; Compliance Management</b></li><li><b>Continuous Improvement &amp; Root Cause Analysis</b></li><li>Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for mechanical systems such as pumps, compressors, conveyors, gearboxes, motors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.</li><li>Analyze equipment failures and perform root cause analysis to implement long-term corrective solutions.</li><li>Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance with minimal impact on operations.</li><li>Monitor machine performance metrics (MTBF, MTTR) and prepare maintenance reports.</li><li>Lead and supervise maintenance technicians, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.</li></ul><p>Required Qualifications</p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.</li><li>3&ndash;8 years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating equipment.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹46,000.00 per month</p><p>Work Location: In person</p>
