Key Responsibilities

<li>Act as a trusted and impartial advisor to Walmart, providing objective, data-driven recommendations to grow the total cosmetics category.</li>
<li>Uphold strict supplier neutrality and confidentiality in all interactions and analyses, operating independently of L'Oréal's sales and marketing functions.</li>
<li>Proactively analyze a wide range of data sources (e.g., Scintilla, Nielsen IQ, Numerator, other data sources) to identify key category performance drivers, shopper trends, and white-space opportunities for the retailer.</li>
<li>Translate complex data into clear, strategic insights and actionable recommendations on assortment, shelving, and promotional strategies that benefit the entire category.</li>
<li>Support the development and revision of both physical and virtual planograms using JDA/Blue Yonder software, ensuring they reflect shopper-centric merchandising principles.</li>
<li>Partner cross-functionally with Walmart’s Buying, Space Planning and Site Merchandising teams to ensure cohesive execution of category initiatives.</li>
<li>Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and overall category performance through in-store and online analysis to inform adaptive strategies for Walmart.</li>

Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.</li>
<li>3-5 years’ experience in a category management role, Target and Beauty experience preferred.</li>
<li>Proficiency in syndicated data analysis (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, Circana, M360) with advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.</li>
<li>Experience with planogram software (e.g., JDA/Blue Yonder) is required.</li>
<li>Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable, unbiased insights (e.g. Numerator, Spate, Suzy panel research, social engagement tools, Retailer loyalty system, CDJ’s, Shopper Perception, etc.)</li>
<li>Clear, concise, and persuasive verbal and written communication for internal and external stakeholders, especially with retailers.</li>

 Beauty Artist provides exceptional customer service by creating a unique, inviting, entertaining, and educational shopping destination for Red Cactus customers and demonstrates their customer service and artistry skills with clients up request. In addition, this person must create a collaborative work environment on the shop floor, provides excellent service and meet &amp; exceed store financial goals. In addition, the Beauty Artist will be responsible for operational activities as assigned.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Duties and Responsibilities:

 Provide the full Red Cactus customer service and product knowledge, offering full service experience and/or simple service depending on customers&rsquo; needs.

 </li>

 Positive representative of the Red Cactus brand, always demonstrating professionalism.

 Attends all required training and completes education and developmental tools as assigned.

 Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
 
 
 
 Key attributes of a Beauty Artist include:

 2 years retail experience, previous customer facing sales experience required.

 Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to multi-task and build relationships.
 </li>

 Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

 Make-up artistry experience is a plus.
