At least two (2) to (5) years' progressive professional experience in Finance, Accounting, Association Management, and/or a combination of education and experience preferred.</p><p><b>Other Skills and Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Prior experience with associations, association management companies (AMCs) or multi-entity accounting environments is highly desirable.</li><li>Advanced Excel skills and strong experience in financial reporting and accounting operations.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Strong attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively with teams.</li><li>Proven ability to stay highly organized and efficiently manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
