General Description</b><b>.</b> The Waste Management Internship at Hubbard Construction Company/Mid Florida Materials provides relevant field experience for junior or senior level Environmental Engineering students. Our internship program provides a realistic view of what it's like to work in Waste Management through meaningful, hands-on experiences. Cypress Creek Renewables is seeking a talented and diligent intern to join its Fund Management team for the summer of 2026 to assist primarily in the research and analysis of historical fund performance. The primary scope of work for this role will include tracking down historical financial data across the company's funds for analysis in the team's tool to track long-term fund performance. The ideal candidate would be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in business, finance, economics, or engineering with a strong interest in a career in the renewable energy industry.</p>

The Development/Construction Management Intern will work on meaningful projects, gaining valuable exposure to the industry while building skills that will carry into their future careers.</p>
<p><b>What You'll Do</b></p>
<ul><li>Assist with project due diligence, including market research and preliminary budgeting.</li>
<li>Help track development schedules and update timelines for key milestones.</li>
<li>Coordinate and gather bids for pre-construction activities.</li>
<li>Support permit applications and organize documentation for approvals.</li>
<li>Contribute to project reporting and participate in team meetings.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Who You Are</b></p>
<ul><li>Currently pursuing a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in civil engineering or construction management.</li>
<li>Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Energetic, resourceful, and eager to learn in a hands-on environment.</li>
<li>Able to approach problems both logically and creatively.</li>
<li>Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.</li></ul></div>
