Order Management (OM) and Supply Chain Planning (SCP) are priority global transformation programs at PepsiCo focused on digitally enabling core planning and fulfillment capabilities, redefining ways of working within and across functions, driving faster and data driven decision-making, improving spend compliance and supplier partnerships, and ultimately accelerating top and bottom-line growth.</p></div><div><p>
The Change Management Lead will play a pivotal role in enabling strategy, driving culture transformation, and supporting process and tool adoption across both domains as PepsiCo deploys a new global end-to-end planning and fulfillment ecosystem.</p></div><div><p>
This role will drive adoption across Supply Chain Planning and Global Customer Support by owning sustainment, training, and the ambassador/community network. Leading the integrated sustainment plan and KPIs using PepsiCo&rsquo;s &ldquo;5 As to Adoption&rdquo; model, coaching markets and change agents to embed new ways of working. Support in the design and implementation of training strategy (e.g., TraintheTrainer, office hours, curated learning paths and reusable assets) and coordinate delivery with regional teams. Responsibilities:

The OL&rsquo;s responsibilities require enthusiasm for vigorous lifting, carrying, moving around the warehouse-format store, and stocking.<br/></p><p>Key Roles and Responsibilities<br/></p><p>The OL performs all store opening, closing, and Front-End processes, ensuring accurate and timely execution and operational readiness, providing troubleshooting, conditioning, and housekeeping while ensuring building, assets, and team member security.<br/></p><p>The OL coordinates directly with the Operations Manager to maximize staffing effectiveness that supports traffic, sales, and the customer experience, including compliance with Company timekeeping policies, meeting labor model standards, customer interaction standards, and business metrics.<br/></p><p>The OL participates in Task Management by planning/executing the daily/weekly zone workload and assigning tasks to deliver on store, department, sales goals, guest engagement, etc., and ensures all tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner.<br/></p><p>The OL supports the store team in the areas of customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, loss prevention expense control, and customer experience so the store will operate effectively and profitably.<br/></p><p>The OL drives productivity by training, coaching, planning, monitoring, and appraising results.<br/></p><p>The OL leverages daily interactions and team huddles to communicate and teach/train topics that support the customer experience.<br/></p><p>The OL participates in all freight processes for incoming freight and/or transitions.<br/></p><p>The OL processes freight, sorts and stocks products on shelves, including down stocking and end cap maintenance, while maintaining a neat, clean, and organized store.<br/></p><p>All other duties assigned based on business needs.<br/></p><p>Open Availability (nights and weekends)<br/></p><p>Qualifications and Competencies:<br/></p><p>At least 18 years old.<br/></p><p>High School Diploma/Equivalent.<br/></p><p>Background Check will be completed.<br/></p><p>Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills.<br/></p><p>Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.<br/></p><p>Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs. as well as to move merchandise around the warehouse-format store routinely.<br/></p><p>Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.<br/></p><p>Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time.<br/></p><p>Ability to bend, climb, and reach at times. The ability to work effectively independently and within a team.<br/></p><p>Strong attention to detail, e.g., standards, processes, marketing, etc.<br/></p><p>Reliable and trustworthy role model for ethical and honest behavior.
