Case Management Supervisor I

</div><ul><li>Supervise cases within the assigned management team for individuals in programs for At-Risk Youth or individuals with intellectual or development deficits, provide direction, support, and counsel to team members every week.</li>
<li>Manage and supervise case management team, including performance evaluations, scheduling, orientation, and training as well as making recommendations on decisions for employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, discipline, terminations, and similar actions. <li>Interview individuals served to obtain medical history data and other pertinent information; conduct intake and administer diagnostic tests to identify behavioral and personality traits; document results.</li>
<li>Assist in the development and implementation of the Individual Service Plans (ISP) including annual, ongoing meetings.</li>
<li>Consult with a treatment team, including a medical doctor and other specialists, in decisions related to changes in a treatment plan, amend the plan as directed, and arrange additional support as necessary.</li>

Summary: The position leads the case manager team in providing permanent supportive housing and intensive case management services to individuals experiencing homelessness or at risk of experiencing homelessness in DC using a Housing First Model. The Case Manager Supervisor will supervise the Neighbors First Individuals (NFI) Case Management Team, provide staff training, and ensure adherence to all program policies and procedures. The Case Manager Supervisor helps ensure that homeless families maintain housing and rebuild their lives relying on their own strengths, using wraparound resources in a holistic, participant-driven process. The Case Manager Supervisor collaborates with partnering agencies to ensure stabilization and self-sufficiency of all program participants.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
In collaboration with other members of the NFI management team, provide overall supervision, training, instructive mentorship, and coaching to staff.</li><li>
Facilitate weekly individual staff supervision for case managers</li><li>

Position Summary

The Case Management Supervisor leads a team of Case Managers in providing oversight and services to children and families. The Case Management Supervisor ensures the team follows agency policy, the Texas Family Code and Minimum Standards of child placing agencies. This position interacts routinely with clients, judges, attorneys, children, school personnel and all other aspects of the community.

The role of the Case Management Supervisor is a position requiring daily assessment and decision-making of child safety issues, and permanency. Case Manager Supervision requires initiative to independently organize and manage numerous tasks associated with the position. This role also requires routine interaction with Texas Department of Family and Protective Services staff, parents, children, youth, caregivers, contract providers, civil and criminal court personnel, community representatives, and other partner agencies.

Case Management Supervisors manage and develop members of their team to ensure that services to children, youth and families are set-up timely and directed toward child safety, permanency and well-being. Case Manager Supervisors ensure their team is trained and proficient in the policy and service model for Texas Family Care Network.

Job Description 
The Site Traffic Management Supervisor is responsible for TDP implementation, day-to-day TTM supervision, coordination, monitoring, maintenance and decommisioning of all site temporary traffic management (TTM) diversions. The role ensures that all approved Traffic Diversion Plans (TDPs) are implemented safely, accurately, and in full compliance with project specifications, QWZTMG, and Egis&rsquo; operational standards.
He serves as the link between the field teams and the Traffic Engineer, ensuring that all traffic control devices, signages, and barriers are properly deployed and maintained as required. The position also oversees on-site safety, assists in incident response, and ensures that traffic flow and public safety are maintained at all times during planned roadworks or emergency operations.<ul><li> 
Traffic Diversion Implementation</li></ul><ul><li>
Supervise the implementation, modification, and decommissioning of temporary traffic diversion layouts as per approved TDPs.</li><li>
