We are seeking a Management Trainee to join our team and develop into a future leader through hands-on exposure to different aspects of business operations, marketing, and management.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Participate in a structured training program to gain a strong understanding of company operations, manufacturing processes, and business functions.</li><li>Assist department heads in day-to-day operations, project management, and strategy implementation.</li><li>Analyze business performance, prepare reports, and recommend process improvements.</li><li>Support decision-making through market analysis, competitor research, and data-driven insights.</li><li>Rotate through multiple departments (Production, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.) to develop a comprehensive understanding of the business.</li><li>Contribute ideas for improving efficiency, product positioning, and operational effectiveness.</li><li>Develop leadership skills by assisting in team coordination and supervising assigned projects.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.</li><li>Good leadership potential and a proactive learning attitude.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Interest in the automotive, manufacturing, or energy industry is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs45,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
