The CMA also monitors expiring care plans, reviews daily admission/discharge information to track consumer transitions and ensures closure of all appropriate cases monthly.Qualifications for this position include a high school diploma or equivalent, exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in computer applications.
