<div>Position Purpose:
This Manager Decision Analytics position manages people and processes related to the development of advanced analytics to support the company's strategic objectives. This role is responsible for the end-to-end development and integration of data products, with a specific focus on CRM related data and its seamless integration with our Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW). The ideal candidate will possess exceptional SQL, data visualization, and analytical skills to not only develop but also to effectively communicate data-driven insights. A key function of this role will be to collaborate closely with stakeholders to define the intent and logic of data updates, ensuring they align with business expectations before production work begins.
