We are looking for a dedicated, client focused and passionate about delivering exceptional quality Supervisor to lead, supervise and coordinate activities of a team of Cleaning Specialists engaged in cleaning and maintaining diverse facilities. You will be working under the direction of the Area Manager for the Palm Beach Region.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 4pm to 11pm Saturdays as needed.
Major Responsibilities:<ul><li> Report to the Area Manager, obtains job assignments for every evening and reports any issues that need to be addressed from the previous work night.</li><li>Perform daily routine inspections and follow up to ensure immediate corrections, and that the staff maintains the highest level of quality in all the accounts.</li><li>Provide initial and job site training to cleaning specialists. After the initial training has been completed satisfactorily, the cleaning specialist is assigned specific job duties or a combination of work duties that will be his/her responsibilities, based on requirements for each specific site.</li><li>Work side by side with cleaning specialists when required.</li><li>Cover for cleaning specialists when out due to absenteeism.</li><li>On occasion, deliver supplies to accounts.</li><li>Check cleaning equipment and supplies when inspecting accounts.</li><li>Make sure the service is completed in each account under his/her supervision.</li><li>Make recommendations and provide written reports to Area Managers such as poor-quality workmanship, attendance, appearance (uniform), and others.</li><li>Communicate professionally and provide very detailed information, responding immediately to problems or suggestions at any time.</li><li>Improve the quality of service by hiring, training, cross-training, developing, and directing cleaning specialists.</li><li>Ensure compliance with contract specifications.</li><li>Keep inventory of supplies in each account.</li><li>Assist Area Manager to maintain equipment and repair budget.</li><li>Review time sheets daily. Monitor exception report daily.</li><li>Coordinate special projects with Area Manager.</li><li>Ensure all employees have completed an orientation and are trained prior to beginning work.</li></ul>
&bull; Assist the Area Manager in hiring, terminating, and transferring of employees. &bull; Complete all requested paperwork on a timely basis.<ul><li>Respond immediately to company/employer requests.</li><li>Work with and report to the HR Department regarding any employee issues or problems.</li><li>Maintain a safe work environment for all employees by promoting safe work habits.</li><li>Hold safety meetings, and document each meeting held and who attended.</li><li>Ensure that all employees are wearing and using uniforms and id badges, and if required, safety belts, safety glasses, safety shoes, and gloves while working on wet floors or suspicious garbage, following all safety guidelines.</li><li>Inspect equipment and ensure that it is in good condition.</li><li>Inspect and make sure that janitor closets are neat and organized.</li><li>Inspect and make sure that all chemical bottles are properly labeled.</li><li>Report to and work with the risk management department regarding any safety issues or incidents.</li><li>Prepare accounts for all inspections in advance.</li><li>Keep management informed always.</li><li>Supports the management team at Total Cleaning.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Education and Experience Requirements:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>At least 2 years of janitorial supervision experience.</li><li>Bilingual skills in English/Spanish a plus.</li><li>Available nights, days and weekends. Open availability. <div><div><div><div>General Description: Manage 30 to 50 middle-market Commercial Lines insurance accounts as the day-to-day client contact. Activities include new and renewal marketing, fielding questions and requests and coverage review. Assist Sales Executives and Account Executives. 
 
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Provide proactive, personalized support to assigned Commercial Lines clients.
</li><li>Provide insurance technical expertise to clients and other members of the Account Management team.
</li><li>Responsible for marketing and placement of client Commercial Lines insurance renewals.
<ul><li>With assistance from Account Representatives, prepare client applications for review.</li><li>
Determine most-appropriate carriers for market pricing.</li><li>
Analyze and compare carrier quotes and coverage offerings.
</li><li>Make insurance program recommendations to clients.</li></ul></li><li>
Manage client renewal expirations and avoid any lapse in coverage.</li><li>
Negotiate with carriers on behalf of clients.</li><li>
Process policies, endorsements and audits as needed.</li><li>
Champion client cross-selling initiatives and develop customer accounts.</li><li>
Represent client interests in internal USI account strategy meetings.</li><li>
Delegate administrative client tasks to assigned Account Representatives.

Maintain a high degree of accuracy in agency management systems.</li>

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:<ul><li>
2-5 years experience in a Commercial Lines agency. College degree preferred.</li><li>
Strong understanding of Property &amp; Casualty insurance.
</li><li>Must hold or be willing to earn Property &amp; Casualty insurance license.</li><li>
Industry designation such as ARM, CIC, CPCU preferred</li><li>
Comfortable with internet-based programs and Microsoft Office products.</li><li>
Knowledge of Sagitta / ImageRight preferred, but not required.</li><li>
Able to work in a fast-paced, team environment with minimal instruction.</li><li>
