<li>Licensure as a Professional Engineer, Registered Architect, or Interior Designer is preferred</li>

Michigan Housing is an actively engaged unit within Student Life Auxiliary Services within the Division of Student Life. M Housing serves approximately 11,500 students; 9,100 undergraduate and 2,400 graduate and professional students and their families. Although first-year students are not required to live on campus; historically 96-98% of all new first-year students choose to live on. Currently, the M Housing portfolio consists of 19 residential facilities that include traditional residence halls, apartments, and other living options located in communities on north and central campuses in Ann Arbor. In partnership with Michigan Dining, there are 9 dining halls and 9 retail operations embedded within the residence halls that serve approximately 4 million meals per year. Beginning Fall 2024, M Housing partnered with other units and departments within Student Life to support the residential experience for approximately 25 U-M students on the Marygrove campus, located in Detroit. In Fall 2026, five new residence halls housing 2,300 undergraduate students and a new 822-seat dining facility will open to continue M Housing's strong tradition of providing affordable housing options and services for U-M students. The Program Manager plays a key role by overseeing the M Housing Multicultural Lounge Program. <p><b>ABOUT THE C.H.A.N.C.E. PROJECT</b></p><p>The C.H.A.N.C.E. Project is an innovative 24-month health equity pilot program led by The Literacy Center in partnership with the Attleboro Norton YMCA, Attleboro Council on Aging, Attleboro Public Schools, Attleboro Area Interfaith Collaborative, and The Arc of Bristol County. Funded by Sturdy Health, the project aims to train and deploy a 10-person cohort of new Community Health Workers (CHWs) and 15&ndash;20 volunteer Peer Health Navigators (PHNs) across the greater Attleboro region to connect vulnerable community members &mdash; including immigrants, older adults, people with disabilities, and individuals experiencing poverty &mdash; to health and social services through a &quot;No Wrong Door&quot; model. The aim of this project is to prove that when a community has enough healthcare supports, and the right people in place, all members of the community can improve their health outcomes and thrive.</p><p><b>POSITION SUMMARY</b></p><p>The position of Program Manager is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building projects from the ground up and working collaboratively with cross-sector experts, with a spirit of creativity, flexibility and ambitiousness. <p><b>Department Summary</b></p>
<p>
The Community Youth Development program provides an array of services such as mentoring, youth leadership development, and after-school programs to promote protective factors in youth and prevent negative outcomes such as juvenile delinquency. The CYD&ndash; Rising Blazers Program at the University of North Texas at Dallas will provide Mental Health, Academic, and Social/ Emotional support through Community Collaborative Programming for students within the Dallas area. The Rising Blazers Programs at UNT Dallas will be integral partners with our participants, their families, local schools (public, private and charter) and our service providers to identify, advise and ultimately guide them to resolutions to the issues students which impact their Social, Emotional and/or Academic lives. The goal is to provide a Vision, Framework, and Holistic Plan for each student to attain their High School Diploma and Collegiate Degree in order to become active participants of our society.</p>
<p><b>Position Overview</b></p>
<p>
The Community Youth Development Program Manager is a key member of the Texas Health and Family Services-sponsored Community Youth Development and will have the primary responsibility of overseeing the Community Youth Development Program. The Community Youth Development Program is a component of the state-funded CYD Program to assist low-income/first-generation, 6 to 17 year old youth of all backgrounds to engage with human flourishing through the intellectual and practical approaches to developing healthy and successful lives in academic, professional, and personal ways. The Program Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the project including planning, implementing, and developing educational curriculum for programing needs (e.g. tutoring, college readiness, and youth leadership development, mentoring, and summer programs), preparing monthly and annual institutional and state reports, and working with key personnel in the respective zip codes to identify potential students and families to participate.</p>
<p><b>Minimum Qualifications</b></p>

Bachelor's degree in related field and four years of professional related experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.</p>
<p><b>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</b></p>

<li>Experience with project management tools and their effective use in managing projects.</li>
<li>Experience with online platforms and digital platforms to track work, communicate with others, promote recruitment and engagement, and perform data entry, analysis, and reporting.</li>

<p><b>Job Duties</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Prepare monthly and annual institutional and state reports.</li>
<li>Serve as a point of contact for community partners, program partners, stakeholders, coalition members, and parents of CYD youth</li>
<li>Maintain accurate contact information for programming contacts.</li>
<li>Maintain compliance with UNT Dallas policies and procedures as well as State regulations.</li>
<li>Track statistics, gather and analyze data, and submit required reports. Conduct a monthly report and attendance for UNT Dallas as a service provider.</li>
<li>Manage and organize the facilitation of daily operations of the Community Youth Development Program both internally and externally.</li>
<li>Track progress and measure program outcomes, make adjustments as needed to ensure goals are met per HHS.</li>
<li>Ensure events, programming, scope/sequence, and curriculums align with PWP and project goals.</li>
<li>Input registration data.</li>
<li>Complete discharges and make sure all discharges are complete in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Assist with monthly report monitoring and preparation of quarterly/annual reports.</li>
<li>Support recruitment and communication with students the expectations and considerations of the Community Youth Development Program to meet monthly requirements.</li>
<li>On board/Train mentors/volunteers and assist with the onboarding of new staff/interns/fellows for programming.</li>
<li>Recruits mentors.</li>
<li>Serve as a point of contact for community partners, program partners, stakeholders, coalition members, and parents of CYD youth.</li>

<li>Meet with community partners, service providers, counselors, student groups, and parents to monitor the implementation of the Community Youth Development program initiatives.</li>
<li>Collaborate with service partners to create, implement, and document effective implementation of educational programs to assist students in the preparation of their development towards healthy and successful lives in civic, professional, and personal ways include, but not limited to tutoring, financial aid, financial literacy, advising, and career services, as well as participation in other CYD related activities and projects.</li>

CSS staff have flexible hours in order to be available to individuals who might need help outside normal hours of operation and are available to respond rapidly to early signs of relapse or crisis.</p><br>

Assist the individual with the transitioning between levels of care. Link and/or serve as advocate with other agencies to garner needed resources for consumers.</li><li>
