Job Purpose</b></h6><p>
The Applications Manager will lead and support our Kinetic in the Cloud ERP environment while also serving as a hands-on functional Business Analyst in a fast-paced startup setting. This hybrid role requires a strong blend of application management, business process expertise, and stakeholder engagement.</p><p>
You will play a critical role in aligning business needs with system capabilities, driving process improvements, and ensuring the successful delivery and optimization of Kinetic Cloud solutions.
