 What You Will Do
 
 
 
 As a Manager, Human Resources for L&rsquo;Or&eacute;al West, you will be an integral part of an HR team that focuses on our LUXE and Dermatological Beauty brands. In this role you will provide strategic HRBP support for our LUXE brand teams. You will navigate a complex, matrixed organization to drive business results through people.

 What We Are Looking For

 Experience: Minimum of 5&ndash;7 years of proven HR experience, with a background in supporting Sales or Marketing functions preferred.

 Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field required.

 Matrix Fluency: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex reporting lines within a global or highly matrixed organization.

Position Overview:
The Human Resources Manager will direct the Human Resources activities to ensure the facility meets all state, local and federal requirements while complying with Crown policies and procedures.
Duties And Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, the Human Resources Manager responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, the following:
<ul><li>Perform as a strategic partner along with the rest of the plant management team. Act as a liaison between the plant floor management and the Plant Manager with responsibility for all aspects of human resources in a high-speed manufacturing environment
</li><li>Liaison with Corporate Human Resources team on various matters as member of company-wide Human Resources Team
</li><li>Involvement with the plant&rsquo;s EHS Committee, WCP Committee and Quality Teams
</li></ul><ul><li>Provides hands-on employee relations and support to employees of Crown. Coordinate employee communications and meetings to keep employees informed
</li></ul><ul><li>Employee relations issues which would include but not be limited to; resolving conflicts, implementing disciplinary procedures, developing and rolling out improvement plans, investigating and resolving harassment claims and implementing required employee actions.
</li></ul><ul><li>Documenting all appropriate investigations and maintaining proper files at the plant location
</li><li>On the floor interactions with employees on all shifts, responding to employees issues/concerns in support of a positive employee relations&rsquo; environment

A Brief Overview
 
The Human Resource Manager at our manufacturing facility will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture and driving organizational performance. This position is responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and benefits administration. What you will do

Employees are covered by the company-paid basic life insurance policy and company-paid short-term disability insurance (the benefit commences upon hire and allows for a portion of base salary for up to 26 weeks if you are disabled).
