</li><li>3-8 years of experience in a similar role, with knowledge of PLC &amp; SCADA Automation Systems.
</li><li>Expertise in Logix programming, analytical skills, and advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint.
</li><li>Functional expertise in logic development, HMI, PLC &amp; SCADA automation, and network protocols.
</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate.
</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset for instrumentation challenges.
</li><li>Experience in managing a team and implementing preventive maintenance schedules.
</li><li>Ability to monitor and achieve energy efficiency targets, with a focus on DG efficiency.
