Prepare cash flow variance analysis and executive-level commentary.</li></ul>
MD&amp;A and Executive Reporting<ul><li>
Lead preparation of MD&amp;A for internal management, Board of Directors, PEP, MidCap, and lenders.</li><li>
Develop clear variance bridges, narrative insights, and &ldquo;so what / now what&rdquo; analysis.</li><li>
Support ad hoc requests from investors and lenders with timely, well-structured analysis.</li></ul>
Close &amp; Variance Analysis<ul><li>
Support monthly close through flux analysis, addback identification, and departmental variance analysis.</li><li>
Partner with Accounting to ensure consistency between actuals, forecasts, and reporting outputs.</li><li>
Improve close-cycle efficiency through standardized templates and repeatable processes.</li></ul>
Systems, Data &amp; Process Integration<ul><li>
Maintain alignment between Excel models, NetSuite, NSPB, and Power BI.</li><li>
Identify opportunities to automate manual FP&amp;A workflows and improve data reliability.</li><li>
Partner with BI/Data teams to enhance dashboards and executive reporting.</li></ul>
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:<ul><li>
A Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field required.
</li><li>5+ years of experience in FP&amp;A, investment banking, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles.</li><li>
Advanced financial modeling skills (multi-tab models, cash flow, scenario analysis).</li><li>
A high level of proficiency with Excel; experience with NetSuite, Oracle NSPB, Power BI preferred.</li><li>
Strong experience supporting executive leadership, Boards, and external stakeholders.</li><li>
Experience operating independently in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment (Investment Banking and/or Private Equity experience is considered a plus)</li><li>

POSITION SUMMARY
The Manager of Corporate and Foundation Relations is a key member of the Development team and supports Bridge&rsquo;s annual revenue goals by leading all corporate fundraising and partnership development, as well as overseeing annual fund foundation grants, including submissions, reporting, research, and stewardship. The Manager supervises the part-time Grant Writer and works closely with Program staff and the Communications team to ensure strong proposal content, timely reporting, and consistent donor engagement.
The Manager develops and executes the annual business plan and multi-year strategy for corporate and foundation giving, incorporating prospect identification, cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and recognition. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
Grants Management<ul><li>
Lead the preparation, writing, and submission of all Annual Fund grant applications, including proposals, narratives, budgets, attachments, and supporting documents.</li><li>
Manage a comprehensive grants calendar to ensure timely submission of proposals and reports, balancing multiple deadlines and priorities.</li><li>
Research, evaluate, and recommend new institutional funding opportunities for general operating, programmatic, and capital needs.</li></ul>
