Summary: </b>The primary role of the Creative &amp; Design Manager is to help develop the brand narrative in collaboration with the Director of Marketing to craft messaging that identifies and achieves branding and business objectives for the company. The Creative &amp; Design Manager also determines how to most effectively visually communicate that messaging across print, social media, email, and other media and platforms. The Creative &amp; Design manager works with the Director of Marketing, and company leadership to develop and implement the company&rsquo;s annual strategic marketing plan for Inland Imaging and its associated companies.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
General Description: </b>This position oversees the entire design and production process. The Creative &amp; Design Manager collaborates with the marketing team to help communicate complex concepts; value propositions and messages through clear and compelling design and visual graphics; resulting in high quality communications, including presentations, illustrations, sales collateral, website visuals, tradeshow materials and signage for imaging centers. This role is responsible for ensuring consistent brand standards and managing the visual asset and collateral needs of the company. They also work with freelance designers, photographers, clients, print and sign vendors.</p><p></p><p><br>
The Creative &amp; Design Manager will use a variety of skills in this position, position at Inland combines the skills of a brand manager, graphic designer and art director, relying heavily on layout software, (i.e. Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft word and presentation programs). The designer will possess artistic ability and be able to think creatively to design eye-catching and effective graphics. Must be able to come up with strategies for layouts and artistic concepts and create visual images that engage, attract and sell. Must be responsive to staff needs to create new and original ideas, open to change and able to adjust to shifting priorities. This position also entails the skills of a print production artist who is responsible for commercial printer operations and how to navigate pre-production, printer approval process, and final artwork files.<br>

What You&rsquo;ll Bring | Skills &amp; Experience</b></div><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field; equivalent practical experience considered.</li><li>8+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, marketing operations, or PMO roles.</li><li>Experience in retail, ecommerce or consumer brands within a merchant driven organization is strongly preferred.</li><li>Experience managing creative processes with internal teams and external partners or agencies, including intake, briefing, production, and delivery.</li><li>Demonstrated strength in process design and continuous improvement, with the ability to reengineer ways of working and introduce best practices and benchmarks.</li><li>Strong proficiency with work management and collaboration tools (Workfront preferred, Figma, DAM experience); comfortable serving as a system &ldquo;power user&rdquo; and trainer.</li><li>Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills; able to navigate ambiguity and translate broad business goals into clear, actionable work for creative and production teams.</li><li>Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence cross functional partners, maintaining focus on business priorities while advocating for sustainable workflows.</li><li>Exceptional written, verbal and visual communication skills with an emphasis on clear documentation, concise storytelling with data, and effective facilitation.</li><li>High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Comfortable with change and a track record of leading teams through new processes, tools and structures, including training and enablement.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
