The Manager of Operations is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, managing, and evaluating the activities of a manufacturing group to achieve performance objectives for safety, quality, efficiency, utilization, schedule attainment, productivity, housekeeping, employee relations, and total cost/budget responsibilities as measured by pre-determined key performance indicators (KPI).<ul><li>
Plans, organizes, staffs, controls, and directs medium-sized, complex manufacturing activities (i.e. fabrications, machining, welding, assembly, paint or test) including production, maintenance, inventory control, quality, and process engineering.</li><li>
Assesses and applies measures, methods, and techniques designed to improve safety, product, and process quality, efficiency, productivity, and equipment and process performance; recommends changes in working conditions and modification in machine tools and plant facilities.</li><li>
Coordinates with appropriate personnel regarding safety, quality assurance, master scheduling, facilities engineering, environmental management, labor/material/overhead/G&amp;A costs, to optimize return on assets.</li><li>
Selects, directs, trains, develops and reviews subordinates; determines staffing levels. Manages hiring, training, promotion, transfer, compensation action, and termination, as required, consistent with LOB policy.</li><li>
Develops and implements staffing plans for direct and indirect labor, and administrative personnel, maximizing personnel safety, quality, efficiency, utilization, and productivity.</li><li>
Manages work-in-process inventory ensuring availability to meet production commitments at maximum cost containment; develops and implements procedures to optimize work-in-process-inventory.</li><li>
Provides management, government, and appropriate customer personnel with complete, current, and accurate date on department activity, together with recommendations from management action/decision.</li><li>
Maintains a safe work environment and ensures compliance with safety objectives and policies. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.</li><li>
Provides leadership for shared responsibility of employee development. Shares responsibility of self-development with immediate supervisor.</li><li>
The position requires administration of a collective bargaining contract. The position is 80% factory environment interfacing with direct labor personnel and 20% office environment performing administrative duties.</li></ul>

Job Summary and Qualifications</h5><ul><li>
Under the supervision of the Director of Case Management, the Case Management Manager performs case management functions; performs a leadership role by assisting the Director with the day-to-day operations of the department.

Two- years&rsquo; recent experience in a similar leadership position and have a minimum of three years&rsquo; experience as an RN Case Manager or SW Case Manager with responsibility for discharge planning and utilization resources.

CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE:

Summary: The Assistant Manager of Indirect Purchasing will support the company&rsquo;s indirect procurement activities across categories such as Supply Chain, Marketing, Logistics, IT, and general services. Reporting to the Senior Manager Global Purchasing, this role focuses on executing procurement processes, supporting negotiations, and ensuring supplier performance. With strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration, the Assistant Manager will help drive cost optimization, compliance, and operational excellence. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Purchase &amp; Procurement Support:<ul>
<li>Support the identification of indirect goods and services needs across the company.</li>
<li>Assist in implementing purchasing strategies and ensuring timely execution of purchase requests.</li>
<li>Prepare and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.</li>
</ul>Supplier Coordination:<ul>
<li>Support negotiations by preparing benchmarks, cost comparisons, and data analysis.</li>
<li>Maintain day-to-day contact with suppliers and ensure smooth communication.</li>
<li>Escalate supplier issues to the line manager and support in their resolution.</li>
</ul>Analysis &amp; Reporting
<ul><li>Analyse Monitor and analyse procurement spend data to identify saving opportunities.</li>
<li>Support the preparation of reports on supplier performance and procurement KPIs.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate documentation and records of procurement activities.</li>
</ul>Contract &amp; Compliance:<ul>
<li>Assist in contract drafting and follow-up under the supervision of the Manager.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with internal procedures and legal/regulatory requirements.</li>
</ul>Digital Tools and Process Optimization:<ul>
<li>Contribute to the implementation and use of procurement tools and ERP systems.</li>
<li>Support data accuracy and process automation initiatives.</li>
</ul>Sustainability and Responsible Purchasing:<ul>
<li>Apply sustainable procurement guidelines in daily activities.</li>
<li>Support initiatives aimed at reducing the environmental impact of indirect procurement.</li>
</ul>Internal Collaboration:<ul>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement activities with their needs.</li>
<li>Promote awareness of procurement procedures and compliance requirements.</li>
</ul>Continuous Improvement:<ul>
<li>Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize procurement processes.</li>
<li>Promote and integrate sustainable procurement practices into the company's procurement policy.</li>

Technical Skills:<ul>
<li>Good knowledge of procurement processes and supplier coordination.</li>
<li>Basic negotiation skills, with the ability to support discussions and prepare relevant data/benchmarks.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and Excel/ERP skills.</li>
<li>Familiarity with indirect procurement categories (e.g., Marketing, PR, Logistics, IT, Office supplies)..</li>

</ul>Education and Experience:<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Purchasing, Business, Economics, or related field.</li>
<li>3-5 years of professional experience in procurement or a related role.</li>
<li>Previous experience in indirect purchasing is an advantage.</li>

<div>The Production Manager of Data Services is a critical role that oversees all activities within the Data Services organization. This position will interface directly with the data services team providing resource management and migration support, while supporting the PMO and Sales organizations, and serving as the primary voice of the data services team as it relates to needs, whether that be equipment, software, or staffing adjustments. The Production Manager will also provide proposals and data services quotes/level of effort documents as needed. Must be able to manage multiple projects and resources simultaneously, define quality control measures, and be responsible for each project&rsquo;s profitability.

Interact with the PMO and Sales organizations to provide proposal and level of effort documents for project pricing.</li><li>
Serve as the voice of the organization to the Executive Director of Professional Services as it relates to needs, recognition of team members, etc. as necessary.</li><li>
Operate as the technical lead for script development and tool enhancement to better support the team going forward.</li><li>
Enhance Telecom Generator, Hydrate, and other tools to support the overall organization.</li></ul>
