1. 6. Budgeting &amp; Cost Control</div><ul><li>Assist in monitoring maintenance expenses and optimizing resource usage.</li><li>Recommend cost-effective solutions for repairs and replacements.</li><li>Support preparation of annual maintenance budgets.</li></ul><div>
7. Coordination &amp; Communication</div><ul><li>Collaborate with production, operations, procurement, and external vendors to ensure smooth maintenance operations.</li><li>Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests or equipment failures.</li><li>Provide regular reports to the Maintenance Manager on maintenance status and performance metrics.</li></ul><div>
8. Acting as Maintenance Manager (as needed)</div><ul><li>Lead the maintenance department during the absence of the Maintenance Manager.</li><li>Make operational decisions and escalate critical issues when required.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
Qualifications &amp; Experience</div><ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.</li><li>3&ndash;7 years of maintenance experience, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or facilities environments.</li><li>Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance systems.</li><li>Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is an advantage.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
