The ideal candidate will have strong experience in retail domain, data platforms, and analytics tools such as Incorta and Databricks.</p><br>

<p><b>Key Result Areas and Activities</b>:<br>
<b>Product Vision &amp; Strategy</b>: Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products. Align with business objectives and evolving needs to ensure maximum value. Maintain regular communication with business units to ensure the strategy meets evolving demands.<br>
<b>End-to-End Lifecycle Management</b>: Lead the lifecycle of data products from ideation to launch, including requirement gathering, prioritization, documentation, and execution of features and enhancements.<br>
<b>Cross-Functional Collaboration</b>: Partner with business, data engineering, BI development, and analytics teams to develop and maintain data products and platforms, ensuring governance, security, and compliance. Proactively address upcoming requirements.<br>
<b>Stakeholder Management &amp; Communication</b>: Act as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on operations, translating technical concepts into actionable insights. Create impactful documentation and presentations to share updates, demos, and recommendations. Drive engagement and adoption through clear storytelling and visuals.<br>
<b>Data Quality Assurance</b>: Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation to maintain data integrity, accuracy, and consistency<br>

<ul><li>9+ years in requirement gathering, analysis and coordination for data engineering and analytics products, at least 5 years in Retail domain</li>
<li>Strong experience in managing business priorities and stakeholder communication</li>
<li>Possesses strong expertise in SQL with the ability to design and optimize complex queries for challenging scenarios.</li>
<li>Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Incorta, MicroStrategy), data visualization, and analytics platforms</li>
<li>Strong documentation skills for capturing requirements, project status, and user feedback.</li>
<li>Experience delivering product demos and hosting user conferences to support training and adoption.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (JIRA, Confluence).</li>
<li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.</li>
<li>Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills to translate concepts into business value and drive collaboration.</li>
<li>Exceptional presentation skills, including proficiency with PowerPoint and related tools</li>
<li>Retail Industry Experience &ndash; understanding of eCommerce, Brick &amp; Mortar (B&amp;M), and wholesale models, with knowledge of how data products drive sales, customer engagement, and operational efficiency. (Preferred)</li></ul><br>

<b>Desirable Skills</b>:</p>
<ul><li>Understanding of ETL tools DataBricks, Qlik, Kafka, Snowflake</li>
<li>Working knowledge of AI frameworks</li>
<li>Knowledge of retail-specific data (inventory management, customer segmentation, pricing) and exposure to retail data sources (point of sale, loyalty programs, supply chain data). (Preferred)</li>
<li>Experience with Finance, Integrated Business Planning, Supply Chain, and Sales &amp; Operations Planning (S&amp;OP) processes, including how analytics supports forecasting, budgeting, and end-to-end planning. (Preferred)</li>
<li>Experience with eCommerce platforms and omnichannel strategies, including insights into online behavior and digital marketing analytics. (Preferred)</li>
<li>Familiarity with trends and best practices in data &amp; analytics, especially retail analytics. (Preferred)</li>
<li>Understanding of machine learning applications such as recommendation systems and demand forecasting, plus basic data science principles. (Preferred)</li></ul><br>

<b>Qualifications</b>:</p>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (Master&rsquo;s degree is a plus)</li>
