Amazon Inventory &amp; Supply Chain ManagerWe are looking for a sharp, execution-focused Amazon Inventory and Supply Chain Manager to fully own inventory planning and inbound logistics across multiple Amazon brands. This is a high-ownership role, not clerical. You'll be responsible for keeping us in stock, protecting cash flow, and ensuring product moves efficiently from suppliers to Amazon FBA. ﻿﻿Salary Range is $800-1200/monthYou'll work closely with Brand Managers, Finance, and Operations and are expected to make decisions, not just report numbers.What You'll OwnInventory Planning &amp; Control<ul><li>Own SKU-level inventory planning across all brands and marketplaces.</li><li>Prevent stock outs and overstock while supporting aggressive growth targets.</li><li>Build demand forecasts tied to sales plans, seasonality, promotions, and launch cycles.</li><li>Track Amazon storage fees and inventory aging and proactively reduce risk.</li><li>Maintain clean, accurate inventory data and projections.</li></ul>Amazon FBA &amp; Inbound Operations<ul><li>Create and manage FBA shipments end to end.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Amazon FBA requirements, labeling, carton content, and appointments.</li><li>Monitor inbound performance and resolve shortages, delays, and receiving issues.</li><li>Coordinate AWD, LTL, FTL, and ocean shipments based on urgency and cost.</li></ul>Supply Chain &amp; Logistics<ul><li>Manage end-to-end logistics from China to Amazon warehouses.</li><li>Optimize shipment methods to balance speed, cost, and working capital.</li><li>Work with freight forwarders to negotiate rates and improve transit timelines.</li><li>Continuously reduce landed costs without increasing operational risk.</li></ul>Supplier Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with suppliers on production timelines, readiness, and shipment scheduling.</li><li>Identify risks early, delays, MOQ pressure, quality issues, capacity constraints.</li><li>Align production and reorders with inventory forecasts and cash flow.</li></ul>Data Analysis &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Analyze sales velocity, sell-through, lead times, and forecast accuracy.</li><li>Turn raw data into clear insights and recommendations, not just spreadsheets.</li><li>Produce weekly and monthly inventory and supply chain reports leadership can act on.</li><li>Surface issues early and push solutions forward without waiting for approval.</li></ul>Systems &amp; Process Ownership<ul><li>Own inventory and supply chain workflows inside ClickUp and spreadsheets.</li><li>Improve existing processes and build new ones where gaps exist.</li><li>Partner with Finance and Ops to ensure inventory data ties cleanly into reporting.</li></ul>What Were Looking For<ul><li>3&ndash;6 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon FBA inventory and inbound logistics.</li><li>Strong understanding of inventory planning, replenishment cycles, and Amazon constraints.</li><li>Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, forecasting, modeling, scenario analysis.</li><li>Experience shipping from China to the US using ocean freight, LTL, and FTL.</li><li>ERP experience preferred (Odoo, NetSuite, SAP, or similar).</li><li>Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large datasets and spot trends.</li><li>High ownership mentality. You take responsibility when things break and fix them.</li><li>Clear communicator who works well with Brand, Finance, and Operations.</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience managing seasonal or fast-moving SKUs.</li><li>Familiarity with ClickUp or similar workflow tools.</li><li>Experience supporting multi-brand or multi-marketplace operations.</li></ul>This role directly impacts revenue, rankings, and cash flow.
