The Transportation Manager is responsible for oversight of the transportation depot(s) within area of responsibility. <li>Ensure proper project documentation and bookkeeping procedures, including retainer-based transportation assignments</li>
<li>Assist in proposal preparation, estimating time, cost, and resources required to complete projects</li>
<li>Participate in business development efforts and client presentations to secure new project opportunities</li>

<div></div><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field</li>
<li>Professional Engineering (PE) licensure highly preferred</li>
<li>Minimum of eight (8) years of experience managing engineering projects, with demonstrated experience in transportation engineering assignments</li>
<li>Experience with transportation-related work such as highway, traffic, or bridge projects, construction administration, ordinance and plan review, PennDOT permitting, and project presentations</li>
<li>Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple transportation projects and deadlines simultaneously</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience facilitating meetings with agencies and project stakeholders</li>
<li>Effective utilization of common business platforms such as Microsoft Office Suite, virtual meeting tools, project management systems, applicable engineering software, etc.</li>
<li>Flexibility to travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices as necessary, which may include overnight stays</li>
<li>Valid US Driver&rsquo;s License is required</li>
