The QP supervises, integrates and coordinates person centered plans, and monitors progress towards personal, clinical, and functional outcomes. The QP initiates periodic reviews, investigations, modifications and adjustments by soliciting the person&rsquo;s feedback as the person wants and needs change. </b></p><p>The IT Project Manager for the IT Infrastructure Program is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering enterprise infrastructure initiatives across Network Operations, System Operations, Service Desk, and other core IT Infrastructure domains. This role supports a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects including network upgrades, data center and cloud initiatives, end‑user services, operational tooling, reliability improvements, and infrastructure modernization efforts.</p>
