</div><div>The Senior Manager of Social is a key leader on the Social team, responsible for shaping and executing social programming strategy while managing the programming team. This role oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of social programming across editorial, branded, and marketing priorities, ensuring timely, high-quality launches across platforms. Working closely with the Sr. Director of Social, the Senior Manager drives audience growth and brand impact through smart, data-informed programming that breaks through algorithms. The ideal candidate is deeply plugged into sports and culture, brings strong platform expertise, and uses trend, audience, and athlete insight to package compelling social storytelling for UNINTERRUPTED, Mind The Game and The Shop.</div><div> 
</div></div></div></div>Key Responsibilities
<div><div><div><ul><li>Manage and oversee social marketing planning, categorizing, and programming for priority Original and Studio projects - UNINTERRUPTED &amp; Mind The Game (Primary), The Shop (Secondary) ; This would include but not limited to asset timecoding &amp; creative direction and packaging, asset creation workflow and copywriting.</li>
<li>Directly manage Social Programmer(s) in day-to-day operations and fulfill publishing ops if and when needed.</li>
<li>Own and maintain social programming and the master social calendar while ensuring social strategy is being implemented across all social touch points including original social content and branded social content.</li>
<li>Lead YouTube programming integrating best-in-class practices, including but not limited to thumbnail ideation and optimization, title and description approach, YouTube Shorts and Community strategies.</li>
<li>Work closely with Sr. Director and showrunners to build social content strategy for each brand channel.</li>
<li>Advise Sr. Director of Social on cultural and social media trends, best practices, and more to inform the creative direction of our content and how we should approach each social media platform.</li>
<li>Be the QC eyes on all programming assets that are published to our platforms to ensure all content fits overall creative tone, look, feel, and voice for each franchise and/or branded partner requirements.</li>
<li>Work closely with leadership and strategy team to ensure channels are driving growth, engagement, and retention.</li>
<li>Be attentive to overall performance on all programming assets once live.</li>
<li>Liaise between all major content teams to ensure assets and content are posted at the correct times with the correct messaging points, graphics, and specs.</li>
<li>Consult and collaborate with all involved content teams to ensure social audience and digital distribution are top-of-mind.</li>

<div><div><div><ul><li>6+ years of full-time professional experience in social media, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.</li>
<li>Demonstrated success leading multi-platform social strategies and campaigns across editorial, branded, and promotional content, from concept through execution and performance optimization</li>
<li>Deep expertise across social platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Threads, and emerging platforms, with strong understanding of platform algorithms, content formats, and distribution strategies</li>
<li>Strong experience developing and executing social programming strategies, including building content calendars and episodic programming that drive sustained audience engagement across platforms</li>
<li>Experience developing social-first content strategies around premium video, athlete-driven storytelling, and culturally relevant programming</li>
<li>Strong ability to translate insights and analytics into actionable programming strategies, including reporting on performance and identifying growth opportunities</li>
<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to clearly articulate creative ideas, social strategies, and performance insights to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership</li>
<li>Proven ability to lead cross-department collaboration, working effectively with editorial, production, marketing, partnerships, talent teams</li>
<li>Strong organizational and operational skills with experience managing complex content calendars, campaign timelines, and multiple simultaneous projects</li>
