Hourglass Cosmetics is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Social Media Assistant Manager to drive innovative global social media campaigns that deliver best-in-class consumer experience and engagement. We are looking for an experienced and creative individual with a genuine passion for cosmetics, experience executing social media best practices and understanding of the luxury industry.

The Social Media Assistant Manager will focus on creative strategy and content creation for Hourglass social. This role will work across all key social media platforms; Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest and help to identify and execute content strategies best suited for each. This role will work with the internal creative team and outside content creators to regularly develop social assets that align with the Hourglass aesthetic and brand guidelines. Success in this role requires a knowledge of the cosmetics social space, excellent social instincts, strong creative skills and ability to work cross-functionally with various parties in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU DO:

The expected base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $85,000 per year. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.

This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.

 THE OPPORTUNITY
 
 
 
 The Senior Manager, Social Media &amp; Content Production creates and manages daily content that showcases the energy, culture, and neighborhoods of Los Angeles across our global channels. This role is hands-on, writing, shooting, editing, and publishing content while staying tapped into what&rsquo;s happening around the city. You will help maintain the social calendar, partner with agencies and creators, and bring fresh ideas that align with our programs and brand voice. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, culturally aware, and comfortable balancing fieldwork with day-to-day posting and community engagement. You&rsquo;ll play a key role in growing our audience, keeping our content timely and relevant, and bringing the unique voice of LA to life.
 
 
 
 What You Will Do

 Own day-to-day management of LA Tourism&rsquo;s global social media platforms (6M + followers), including in-market content capture, editing (photo/video), posting, and community management. (20%)

Global Citizen is seeking a Social Media Senior Manager (Senior Manager-level) to lead the strategy, development, and execution of social media across the channels of our CEO. This role sits within the Office of the CEO and works closely with Global Citizen&rsquo;s Marketing and Communications teams to ensure alignment between the CEO&rsquo;s voice and the organization&rsquo;s broader mission, campaigns, and brand.
