We&rsquo;re looking for a high-performing <b>Business Partnerships (Sales) Lead</b> to drive revenue growth through strategic alliances and partnerships. </b></h2><div><div><div><div>Reporting organisationally to the Tournament Headquarters and the Food and Beverage Managers, the F&amp;B Coordinator will ensure the successful coordination of the F&amp;B Concessions Program in the venue.<br>

Main responsibilities of the F&amp;B Coordinator for the FIFA World Cup 26&trade; include:</div><ul>
<li>Ensure that services delivered are compliant with the F&amp;B Concessions Operational Plan (number of staff, SKU allocation and sales prices per concession, activation hours, alcohol policy, SFE activations, etc.).</li>
<li>Ensure that the commercial and contractual rights of the Commercial Partners involved in the F&amp;B Concessions Program are respected and implemented (brand exposure and product exclusivity, where applicable; use of dedicated equipment; respect of merchandising guidelines such as planograms, uniforms, menu boards, POS tactics, etc.).</li>
<li>On Match Days: coordinate and report on operations and carry out regular quality controls (readiness by stadium gate opening, measure queuing times, monitor stock shortages, observe quality of customer service, etc.).</li>
<li>Provide daily briefings to the local concessionaire and the Commercial Partner teams on site and ensure smooth communication between relevant stakeholders of the F&amp;B Concessions Program.</li>

</b></div><div>The Partnership &amp; Agency Program Manager will play a key role in expanding our global partnership network and building a strong agency partner ecosystem.
</div><div>This role focuses on developing strategic partnerships with digital agencies, web development agencies, freelancers, and technology partners, enabling them to deliver hosting and infrastructure solutions to their clients while driving mutual growth.
</div><div>You will be responsible for building, scaling, and managing our Agency Program, strengthening long-term partnerships, and identifying new collaboration opportunities that contribute to company growth.<br>

<div><b>Key Responsibilities
</b></div><ul><li>Develop and manage strategic partnerships on a global scale.
</li><li>Build, launch, and scale the company&rsquo;s Agency Partner Program.
</li><li>Identify, recruit, and onboard digital agencies, web development agencies, freelancers, and technology partners worldwide.
</li><li>Establish strong, long-term relationships with agency partners and key stakeholders.
</li><li>Work closely with partners to identify opportunities to grow mutual business and increase customer acquisition.
</li><li>Design partnership initiatives such as co-marketing campaigns, joint promotions, and bundled service offerings.
</li><li>Develop and manage joint projects and initiatives with strategic partners.
</li><li>Conduct market research to identify new partnership and channel growth opportunities.
</li><li>Monitor and analyze partnership performance and develop optimization strategies.
</li><li>Stay informed about industry trends and proactively propose new collaboration opportunities.
</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, sales, and support to ensure successful partner enablement and program execution.<br>

<div><b>Qualifications
</b></div><ul><li>At least 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, channel sales, or partner program management.
</li><li>Experience working with agency programs, partner ecosystems, or channel partnerships is highly preferred.
</li><li>Knowledge of the web hosting, cloud infrastructure, domain, or broader technology industry.
</li><li>Experience recruiting and managing agency partners, digital agencies, or technology partners.
</li><li>Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
</li><li>Strategic thinking ability with a strong results-oriented mindset.
</li><li>Experience working in a global business environment with cultural awareness.
</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
</li><li>Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
</li><li>Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus<br>
