Manager, Interconnected Strategy

<div>Position Purpose:
The Senior Manager of Learning Strategy (LSM) is responsible for establishing short and long-term learning strategies to increase associate competence and confidence. The LSM will take a learner-centric approach to define and routinely validate learning needs for targeted audiences. The LSM will create effective learning and content plans by ensuring all learning needs are addressed with simple, relevant, and effective solutions 
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>

Manager, Interconnected Data Strategy

This Manager Decision Analytics position manages people and processes related to the development of advanced analytics to support the company's strategic objectives. This role is responsible for the end-to-end development and integration of data products, with a specific focus on CRM related data and its seamless integration with our Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW). The ideal candidate will possess exceptional SQL, data visualization, and analytical skills to not only develop but also to effectively communicate data-driven insights. The Manager role takes ownership of work streams that are most critical to our strategic brand vision and will have exposure to The Home Depot business to build trusted working relationships while affecting change from within one of the world's leading retailers. 
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
10% Brand Awareness - Help drive demand creation by creating brand awareness activities for internal associates</li><li>
10% Execution - Organic Initiative Execution: Lead and support cross-functional project teams to manage and execute high value initiatives, special projects and requests for Marketing and Business leaders</li><li>
20% Projects - Manage online and offline marketing programs throughout the project lifecycle; including discovery and initial assessment, program definition, negotiation of key partnerships, development of creative, program launch, measurement and reporting that supports execution of the planning and activation process</li><li>
60% Strategies - Strategy Formulation and Activation: Design and conduct analysis to evaluate customer and market landscapes, competitors, and current business strategies to build an enterprise brand strategy and channel communications plan consistent with our multi-channel marketing strategies</li></ul>

Travel Requirements:<ul><li>
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.</li></ul> 
Physical Requirements:<ul><li>
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.</li></ul> 
Working Conditions:<ul><li>
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.</li></ul> 
Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>
Must be eighteen years of age or older.</li><li>
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.</li></ul> 
Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
A minimum of 5+ years' experience in marketing, communications, or media planning, either at another company or at a media/advertising agency</li><li>
The ability to link business goals to communication strategies and creative concepts</li><li>
A strong formal and informed advocate of brand communications strategies and tactics, particularly to internal stakeholders</li><li>
A high interest in developments in technology and media that can affect brand communications, and the ability to communicate and advocate to all relevant brand constituencies how these developments can change the competitive and media landscape</li><li>
Must be able to manage multiple internal and external partnerships and coalesce them into a united front supporting key brand initiatives</li></ul> 
Minimum Education:<ul><li>
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.</li></ul>
