The Sr. Cost Accountant/Analyst supports the Finance Business Partner at multiple sites (Relocation provided for the right candidate)
Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Analyze performance metrics inclusive of those above and others to understand plant performance and make recommendations to Finance Business Partner and General Manager.
</li><li>Work with operations and engineering department managers to understand cost performance and analyze variances.
</li><li>Support Finance Business Partner in preparation of Budget/Forecast/Period End Variance Analysis cycle.
