</li></ul><ul><li>Work closely with Design Engineering to ensure designs are optimised for manufacture, particularly for stainless steel components.
</li></ul><ul><li>Specify, develop, and update CNC tooling, fixtures, and workholding solutions to improve quality, repeatability, and cycle time.
</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with CNC Programmers and Machinists to validate machining strategies and improve existing processes.
</li></ul><ul><li>Support the continuous improvement of tooling, cutting parameters, and machining methods on CNC machines.
</li></ul><ul><li>Carry out process capability studies and support first-off and production sign-off activities.
</li></ul><ul><li>Investigate and resolve manufacturing issues, including scrap, quality issues, and machining inefficiencies.
</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain and update manufacturing documentation, including routings, work instructions, and tooling lists.
</li></ul><ul><li>Provide technical support to production teams during trials, process changes, and problem-solving activities.
</li></ul><ul><li>To have a good understanding of the Proseal product range keeping up to date with modifications and improvements as they are developed.
</li></ul>-
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Proven experience in a Manufacturing Engineering role within a precision or high-spec manufacturing environment.
</li></ul><ul><li>Strong working knowledge of CNC machining processes, tooling, and cutting strategies.
</li></ul><ul><li>Demonstrated experience machining stainless steel components.
</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and 3D CAD models.
</li></ul><ul><li>Practical understanding of fixturing, workholding, and tool selection.
</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
</li></ul><ul><li>Comfortable working across office and shop floor environments.
</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in CAM software and understanding of G-code and CNC machine operations.
</li></ul><ul><li>Strong knowledge of machining principles, materials, and tooling.
</li></ul>-
Preferred Education and Experience:
<ul><li>3+ years of experience in an engineering role, with a focus on the manufacture of stainless steel components.
</li></ul><ul><li>Experience supporting NPI (New Product Introduction) in a machining environment.
