ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

This is a general laborer position. This position will perform task that may include but are not limited to the following: packing product, stacking and unstacking product to meet customers&rsquo; orders, sorting finished goods, document damaged goods, verifying packaging code and UPC to match planned product, general cleaning and sanitation of facility and surrounding grounds, and other task as assigned by management.
Participates as a member of the Team. Participates in ongoing development, communication and implementation of team concepts, programs and policies; coordinates work to ensure B.E.S.T practices with all team members. Attends appropriate team meetings. What you will do

The entry-level Production Laborer will be responsible for the operation of various mill production equipment, general housekeeping tasks, accurately reading tape measures and gauges and other test equipment, following directions, ensuring quality, and monitoring the process to produce quality products. This position is responsible for making equipment adjustments, cleaning the equipment/ facility, and performing other designated tasks in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the standard operating procedures (SOP). They understand and align business operations and their assigned department as he/she executes their role to exceed customer expectations and align with Clearwater Paper business, cultural, financial, and operational objectives.

Job functions include:

<li>Maintain a safe work environment for yourself and other associates.</li>
<li>Assist crew members with housekeeping and general production tasks.</li>
<li>Operate Forklift and/or Bobcat to retrieve supplies and move product.</li>
<li>Monitor and make adjustments to the equipment, including visual checks jams and other malfunctions.</li>
