The role includes supervising junior mechanics, handling complex mechanical issues, ensuring quality repairs, and maintaining workshop standards.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults</li><li>Perform major overhauls of engines, gearboxes, clutches, brakes, and suspension</li><li>Supervise and guide junior mechanics and helpers</li><li>Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules are followed</li><li>Inspect completed work to ensure quality and safety standards</li><li>Maintain service records, job cards, and spare-parts usage</li><li>Coordinate with supervisors/service advisors regarding job status</li><li>Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and workshop equipment</li><li>Follow safety, quality, and company SOPs at all times</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
