Perform preventative maintenance inspections and timely efficient service on machines while coordinating PM schedule with Supervisor.</li><li>
Coordinates with Storeroom/Inventory Specialist by identifying parts and services needed to complete maintenance tasks/projects.</li><li>
Makes necessary modifications and implements test runs; confers with Supervisor regarding test results and makes additional alterations to machinery as required.</li><li>
Collects feedback on potential repairs &amp; improvements</li><li>
Understands company policies, follows and enforces safety regulations, participates in safety initiatives, learns production schedule, and is aware of production schedules when estimating completion times or a repair assignment.</li><li>
Recommends measures to improve efficiency, equipment performance, and quality of the product. Will also diagnose mechanical issues and recommend corrective actions to minimize future downtime.</li><li>
Thoroughly cleans machines &amp; machine parts (removing and reinstalling as necessary), maintains shop areas, parts, tools, and supplies in an organized and clean environment and ensures proper care of tools and equipment.</li><li>

What you&rsquo;ll need/Qualifications</b></p><div><ul><li>
High School Diploma or GED required; vocational, technical diploma, or associate degree preferred.</li><li>
One to three months of related warehouse, manufacturing, or forklift experience preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>
Ability to safely operate powered industrial trucks and material handling equipment.</li><li>
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
