 The Operations Supervisor leads a team and ensures the safe and efficient operation of assets, equipment and processes. Ensures leadership and guidance provided to team members is aligned with mission, vision and strategy.  Assures regulatory compliance, including environmental and process safety, and champions a safe workplace for all employees. Address hazards, deviations, and injuries in a timely manner.

DETAILED ROLES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide technical support and process engineering expertise to the Co-Crystallized, Large Grain, Specialty Liquids and other Value Added product facilities at the Chalmette, Crockett, Baltimore and Toronto manufacturing locations. Deliver improvements in:<div><ul><li> 
Throughput: Monitoring and improving both instantaneous throughput and percentage uptime.</li><li>Yield: Maximizing product yield while minimizing losses and waste generation.</li><li>Quality: Improving right-first-time performance and ensuring consistent product quality.</li></ul></div>

Analyze plant data to identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.</li><li>
