Basic Requirements:<ul><li>
Minimum 5 to 10 years&rsquo; experience in more than one Pharmaceutical Development CM&amp;C function OR Pharmaceutical Manufacturing function/site</li><li>
Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams</li><li>
Demonstrated project management experience</li><li>
Demonstrated knowledge of CM&amp;C aspects of Commercialization and Commercial Manufacturing</li><li>
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills</li><li>
Strong oral and written communication skills</li><li>
Strong problem-solving skills, self-management and organizational skills.</li><li>
BSc Required. MSc in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Project Management, or MBA preferred.</li></ul>
Additional Preferences:<ul><li>
Demonstrated knowledge of CM&amp;C aspects of Pharmaceutical Drug Development</li><li>
Experience in Technical Services/Manufacturing Services, Manufacturing Operations, and/or QA/QC within Pharmaceutical Manufacturing highly desirable.</li><li>
Experience with Smartsheet as a Project Management tool.</li><li>
Master&rsquo;s in project management, PMP Certification, or MBA preferred.</li></ul>

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate&rsquo;s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$117,000 - $171,600
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
