   Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

   Develop and deliver product, systems, process and on the job curriculum to manufacturing employees and subject matter experts (&ldquo;train the trainer&rdquo;). Present baseline technical information in addition to appropriate skills needed to support manufacturing as appropriate.

   Leverages feedback from internal and external stakeholders and metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement for new hire orientation and on the job training. Partners with appropriate leadership to implement changes and provides feedback to leadership team on impacts.

   Conduct needs assessments to identify training options and improvements including analyzing success of training programs through training assessments to trend and reduce turnover. Create dashboards to track metrics and progress of training through retentions statistics.

   Respond timely to inquiries and requests for assistance from employees and partners. Activities may include reporting system bugs, provide continuous feedback, and partner on improvements.

<p><b>Essential Responsibilities &amp; Duties:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Conducts thorough job analyses and needs analyses to design, develop, facilitate/implement, and program-manage role-based, engaging training with observation checklists to drive performance to our SOPs, e.g., following SOPs using the extraction equipment, following our SOP to make gummies, etc.</li>
<li>Owns all ADDIE phases and program-manages &quot;in context&quot; leadership development workshops, e.g., &quot;Managing Performance to X policy/procedure.&quot;</li>
<li>Owns all ADDIE phases and program-manages a standardized, role-based onboarding and training strategy to set new hires up for success and reduce turnover</li>
<li>Serves as a &quot;gatekeeper&quot; by collaborating with key stakeholders and prioritizing program implementations' timing, phasing, and sequencing to manage end-user gulp rates and optimize outcomes</li>
<li>Develops asynchronous/synchronous learning materials and programs that are engaging, user-friendly, and aligned with adult learning principles, e.g. BARS, observation checklists, train-the-trainer programs for leaders, facilitator guides, etc.</li>
<li>Works with People team members to build role-based interview guides with BARS for scoring</li>
<li>Partners with the Sr. Director of Talent and Organizational Development to create role-based competency models with BARS</li>
<li>Creates Train-the-Trainer programs for site leaders, e.g., observation and feedback program</li>
<li>Leads adult-use conversion training for production sites by collaborating with key stakeholders to identify needs and practical implementation plans while owning all ADDIE phases</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Qualifications and Skills:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Has at least a Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Organizational Leadership, or related field</li>
<li>Has a minimum of 5 full-time years of relevant experience in Learning and Development, Organizational Development, and/or Talent Management in a manufacturing environment</li>
<li>Has experience with creating standardized onboarding programs</li>
<li>Has solid project management skills</li>
<li>Has experience leading organizational change through strong influencing and change management skills in establishing trust, credibility and building collaboration at all levels of the organization</li>
<li>Has experience conducting needs analyses, creating behaviorally anchored rating scales, and crafting competency models</li>
<li>Has experience using Articulate 360 Storyline, Captivate, iSpring Suite, and other authoring tools</li>
<li>Has experience editing videos using Camtasia, ClipChamp, or other similar software</li>
<li>Has a passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement</li>
<li>Ability to travel 10-20% of the time to visit sites</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Master's degree in industrial/Organizational Psychology, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Organizational Leadership, or related field preferred.</li>
<li>Has a minimum of 8+ full-time years of relevant experience in Learning and Development, Organizational Development, and/or Talent Management in a manufacturing environment preferred</li>
</ul>

<p><b>Job Description</b></p><p>The Lead CNC Machinist is considered a Subject Matter Expert for CNC lathe operations. This position acts as a liaison between Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing Management, and CNC Machinists to ensure all technical and operational standards are documented, understood, and applied daily.</p><p>The role of Lead Machinist is to support achieving quality and productivity expectations for each shift&rsquo;s machinists.
