<p>
As a Welder at TBEI, you&rsquo;ll play a hands-on role in building high-quality truck bodies, hoists, and fabricated components.</p>
<p><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Set up and operate welding equipment to weld and assemble truck bodies, hoists, and fabricated parts (including robotic welding equipment, as applicable).</li>
<li>Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and measuring devices.</li>
<li>Make welding equipment adjustments as needed to meet quality and production standards.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.</li>
<li>Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives by following process flow and remaining flexible to support team needs.</li>
<li>Rotate between machines and jigs within the job area as required by scheduling, team needs, or safety recommendations.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</b></h3>

Skills &amp; Qualifications</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Ability to perform basic math for measuring, assembling, and problem-solving.</li>
<li>Ability to demonstrate welding ability and successfully pass required welding certifications.</li>
<li>Ability to read and understand complicated instructions, blueprints, and work orders.</li>
<li>Basic computer skills for simple data entry.</li>
<li>Ability and willingness to learn and operate multiple machines and jigs.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Physical Requirements</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Ability to manually move products and materials up to 50 pounds through regular physical activity, including climbing, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and bending.</li>
<li>Ability to stand and work in various positions for several hours at a time.</li>
<li>Work is primarily performed on concrete surfaces, ladders, and inside dump bodies.</li>

<ul><li><b>Wages:</b> $22.00&ndash;$28.00 per hour
<ul><li>$1.00/hour stainless steel premium (when applicable)</li>
</ul></li><li><b>Pay Type:</b> Non-exempt, hourly (bi-weekly pay)</li>
<li><b>Schedule:</b> Four (4) 10-hour days, Monday&ndash;Thursday<br>
Overtime as needed on Fridays</li>
<li><b>Location:</b> On-site &ndash; 52182 Ember Road, Lake Crystal, MN 56055</li>
<li><b>Travel:</b> Minimal to none</li>
