Reports to: Marketing Director
The Role
The Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and ensuring delivery of the marketing programs to support the expansion and growth of the brand. This role requires an in-depth knowledge of data acquisition and growth, marketing automation and building brand awareness and communities.
You&rsquo;ll be strategic and tactical, with the ability to approach campaigns holistically, utilising resources internally and externally to help share the stories and messaging. You will meticulously measure the output of your efforts, continuously improving the campaign to ensure commercial objectives are met.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Collaborate with the team to plan and deliver marketing campaigns in line with business objectives</li><li>
Deploy successful digital marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, including generating MQL, SEO enhancements, email marketing and social media</li><li>
Create engaging and compelling customer experience through virtual or physical b2b events (trade shows)</li><li>
Manage costs and optimise spend across marketing channels and prove ROI</li><li>

Experience of building/growing a database and using effective segmentation to reach the right audience with tailored messaging</li><li>

Coordinate the design and production of all marketing collateral including the website, brochures, print and digital advertisements, web banners and event branding and make sure they are proofed, adhere to brand guidelines, and agreed standards</li><li>
Track and analyse consumer behaviour and adjust campaigns accordingly</li><li>
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals</li></ul>

ANALYSIS &amp; INSIGHT<ul><li>
Monitor campaign performance by producing relevant and timely reports</li><li>
Recommend changes to campaign execution based on data insights</li><li>
Share relevant insights with sales, event team and management to drive revenues or pursue new opportunities</li><li>
Analyse and report trends over time and use these insights to build more effective campaigns</li><li>
Capture and analyse relevant and timely data on our customers, prospects and the markets via onsite &amp; post-show surveys, registration forms, industry research</li><li>
Work with internal teams to ensure data governance and data management policies are adhered to</li><li>
Ensure delivery and accuracy of pre-agreed reports during and post-campaign to monitor channel effectiveness and ROI</li><li>
Use recommended campaign analytics dashboards to monitor performance</li><li>
Build a culture of testing and metrics-driven decision making in the teams</li><li>
Share case studies with marketers within the group, division, and Informa Markets</li></ul>
PLANNING &amp; CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT<ul><li>
Work with the event team to plan product marketing campaigns to meet strategic objectives &ndash; for exhibitions and virtual/hybrid events</li><li>
Monitor operational implementation plans and ensure adherence to deadlines (including Gantt charts, Time &amp; Action Plans, Content Calendars, Budget Trackers)</li><li>
Monitor engagement with target media, associations, industry partners and social media influencers and help the team determine how they fit within the integrated campaign</li><li>
Development of marketing budgets in line with plans and ensure budget trackers are up to date</li><li>
Recommend external suppliers and ensure adherence to contractual terms and delivery</li><li>
Work with internal teams and external agencies to deliver digital marketing, social media, and PR in line with marketing plans to hit agreed KPI's</li><li>
Ensure optimisation of spend across marketing channels</li><li>
Agree on paid media requirements and guide the negotiation of media buying (either directly or through an agency)</li><li>
Recommend website strategy to maximise relevant traffic and conversion</li></ul>
MARKETING EXECUTION<ul><li>
Identify the target universe and key segments within the target universe</li><li>
Develop personas, value propositions and messaging for each of the key segments for each product</li><li>
Ensure that timely, relevant communications are sent through a full mix of channels and are optimised for each channel</li><li>
Monitor and recommend adjustments to the digital marketing activity based on performance metrics</li><li>
Manage the Content Calendar to ensure delivery through the most relevant channels (email marketing, social media, digital marketing, direct mail etc.)</li><li>
Manage the PR plan (internal or external) and liaise with the event manager/event director</li><li>
Establish relationships with and manage strategic partners to ensure maximum exposure at the lowest cost</li><li>
Ensure the maintenance of active social media channels in line with market expectations, monitor engagement and maximise conversion</li><li>
Oversee the design and production of all marketing collateral to be determined within the marketing plan</li><li>
Ensure all marketing collateral, email marketing, website content and digital marketing is thoroughly proofed, adheres to brand guidelines, and agreed Informa standards</li></ul>

What Your Impact Will Be:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Marketing Coordinator with a passion for toys to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing omnichannel marketing strategies that enhance product visibility, support new product launches, and drive successful campaigns. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of both online and offline customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Omnichannel Marketing Strategy: 
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that effectively integrate online and offline channels to drive customer engagement and sales in line with yearly marketing calendar</li><li>
Product Visibility: 
Enhance the visibility of our product lines across various channels, ensuring that our toys are prominently featured in both digital and physical retail environments.</li><li>
New Product Launches: 
Lead the marketing efforts for new product launches, coordinating with cross-functional teams to create impactful launch campaigns that resonate with our target audience.</li><li>
Campaign Management: 
Design, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, e-retail platforms, in-store promotions, and events, to maximize reach and effectiveness.</li><li>
Partnership Development: 
Establish and maintain relationships with key retail partners, online platforms, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.</li><li>
Budget Management: 
Manage the marketing budget for assigned projects, ensuring that all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.</li></ul> 

Qualifications

Customer Marketing Understanding</li><li>
Creative Asset Development &amp; Localization (understanding the regional assets and adaptation of these assets in the light of local insights)</li><li>
Lead agency briefs, collaborate with creative agency to prepare and execute effective creatives across different media channels</li><li>
Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels.</li><li>
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.</li><li>
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Deep enthusiasm for toys and a passion for creating magical experiences for customers.</li><li>
Flexible and determined approach to your work is vital.</li><li>
Positive can-do-will-do attitude</li></ul>
Education &amp; Experience:<ul><li>
Masters&rsquo; degree, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration.</li><li>
Fluency in English including excellent communication and writing is a must</li><li>
Proven experience in developing and executing successful omnichannel marketing campaigns.</li><li>
2-4 years of experience in customer marketing, brand management, or a related field, preferably in the toy industry FMCG, licensed consumer good, apparel- or beauty industry.</li></ul>
