<ul><li>Partner with the Integrated Marketing Manager to develop integrated campaigns across: Digital Media, Website, Email Marketing, Social Media, Public Relations, Promotions &amp; Partnerships, and Creative Services
</li><li>Ensure all marketing disciplines receive timely event details, operational updates, promotional priorities, and campaign messaging.
</li><li>Support campaign launches by participating in weekly marketing planning and media status meetings.
</li></ul>Event &amp; Seasonal Marketing
<ul><li>Lead marketing strategy and execution for Aquatica Orlando's seasonal events and key business initiatives.
</li><li>Collaborate with operations to develop compelling guest experiences and translate them into consumer-facing campaigns.
</li><li>Support capital attraction launches and major park announcements through integrated marketing strategies.
</li></ul>Digital &amp; Guest Communications
<ul><li>Oversee Aquatica Orlando website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and brand consistency.
</li><li>Partner with the Corporate Email Marketing team to develop guest communication strategies focused on attendance, revenue growth, and database engagement.
</li><li>Work alongside content creators to identify and prioritize photography, video, and creative asset needs that support marketing campaigns.
</li></ul>Cross-Functional Leadership
<ul><li>Build strong partnerships across Park Operations, Admissions, Revenue Management, Food &amp; Beverage, Merchandise, Public Relations, Social Media, and Corporate Marketing teams.
</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Integrated Marketing Manager and Promotions &amp; Partnerships team to ensure alignment around business priorities and campaign execution.
</li></ul>Market Intelligence
<ul><li>Monitor consumer trends, competitive activity, and water park industry developments to identify opportunities and recommend new marketing initiatives.
</li><li>Regularly communicate competitive insights and emerging trends that can improve Aquatica Orlando's market position.
</li><li>Keep the broader marketing organization informed of park developments, new attractions, food &amp; beverage offerings, merchandise launches, and ancillary revenue opportunities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
</li><li>5+ years of progressive marketing experience with consumer brands.
</li><li>Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns.
</li><li>Strong project management and organizational skills.
</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
</li><li>Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
