The Communications Associate will support the development and execution of internal and external communications. This role is responsible for creating and managing content across multiple channels, including newsletters, social media, marketing materials, and web platforms. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and communicator who can translate technical information into clear, engaging messaging while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop, edit, and proofread content for:

 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 Program Support

 Assist the Manager with family assessments, training coordination, and follow-ups
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain records, attendance, and documentation for every cohort
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with trainers, partners, and beneficiaries on scheduling and logistics
 </li>
 <li>
 Help track budgets, expenses, and reporting inputs
 </li>
 <li>
 Marketing &amp; Outreach
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and run the program's social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
 </li>
 <li>
 Capture and edit photos, videos, and beneficiary stories from the field
 </li>
 <li>
 Write posts, captions, and short-form content that drive awareness and donor engagement
 </li>
 <li>
 Design simple creatives, flyers, and reports using Canva or similar tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Support fundraising campaigns, donor communications, and partner outreach
 </li>
 <li>
 Track engagement metrics and report on what's working.

 Requirements:
 
 
 
 
 Skills and Qualification:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 1&ndash;3 years of experience in program operations, social media, content creation, or NGO communications
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfort with Canva, basic video editing (CapCut, Reels), and social media management
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong writing skills in English and Urdu
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to do fieldwork, meet families, and tell their stories with dignity
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-starter who can juggle operations and creative work without dropping either
 
 </li>
