The role works closely with Sales, Performance Marketing, Community and CX teams to drive leads, tours and brand love.</p><p><b>What you will be doing:</b></p><ul><li>Own the marketing calendar</li><li>Build and maintain The Hive&rsquo;s marketing and events calendar so campaigns, promotions, events and social content are planned in advance, aligned with business priorities, brand identity and executed on time.</li><li>Bring The Hive to life through events</li><li>Plan and organize events at our spaces &ndash; workshops, community mixers, partner activations &ndash; that create buzz, drive footfall and help people experience The Hive.</li><li>Promote our offerings across channels</li><li>Work with Sales and Performance Marketing to promote coworking, private offices, meeting rooms and event spaces via social media, website, email, and partner platforms.</li><li>Come up with campaign and promo ideas</li><li>Think of simple, strong concepts for ads, offers and campaigns that fit our brand and commercial goals, then brief designers/creative resources to turn them into visuals and videos.</li><li>Write clear, on‑brand content</li><li>Draft copy for social posts, emails, landing pages, flyers, event invites and basic ad copy in a tone that feels true to The Hive.</li><li>Turn insight into action</li><li>Stay close to customers, sales, community teams and performance data to understand what&rsquo;s working. Run basic competitor scans on offers, pricing and messaging, and share practical recommendations with Management Guard and grow the brand</li><li>Make sure everything that goes out, digital content, event communication, printed material, listings, is consistent with our brand guidelines, strengthens recognition and builds recall over time.</li><li>Support simple reporting</li><li>Keep basic trackers for campaigns and events (leads, attendance, engagement, cost per lead where relevant) and share concise updates with Sales and leadership.</li></ul><p><b>What you will be doing:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, Media/Communications or a related field.</li><li>Around 1&ndash;3 years of experience in marketing</li><li>Comfortable with social media and basic digital marketing (posting, scheduling, simple analytics).</li><li>Strong writing skills in English, with good Urdu; able to adapt tone to different audiences.</li><li>Organised, detail oriented and able to manage multiple activities and deadlines.</li><li>Enjoys meeting people, attending events and being on the ground when needed.</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Work Location: In person</p>
