Job Purpose:</b></p><p>
The SC NEXUS Marketing &amp; Communications Intern will support strategic communications and marketing initiatives for SC NEXUS, a federally designated Tech Hub advancing energy innovation across South Carolina. The Digital Marketing Intern will support the measurement, analysis, and reporting of Bourns' website performance. Working within the Marketing Communications (MarCom) team, the intern will build and maintain Looker Studio dashboards that draw data from Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Microsoft Webmaster Tools, and social media properties. The intern will also implement and manage event tracking in GA4 via Google Tag Manager, helping the team understand user behavior and identify opportunities to improve the Bourns.com experience.</div><br>

Design, prompt, test, and document AI agents or copilots that support campaign planning, intake, briefing, routing, QA, and reporting workflows</li><li>
Help build reusable prompt libraries, operating playbooks, and governance standards that enable marketers to work faster and more consistently</li><li>
Partner with campaign, operations, and analytics teams to identify high value automation opportunities that can scale across the organization</li><li>
Best aligned to students with strengths or interest in AI, prompt engineering, workflow design, marketing operations, analytics, or data driven process improvement.</li><li>
